Application and Study on Mine 3D Visualized Monitoring and Control System Based on Internet of Things

  • In order to have coordinated management and control of the personnel,electromechanic equipment,environment and infrastructures during the complicat ed production process of the coal enterprise,a mine 3D visualized monitoring and control system was designed based on the internet of things.The paper in detail introd uced the structure and function of the system and design plan.A key design was conducted on the system interface with the user interaction and the database.Thus the data integration and subsystem integration could be well realized and the efficiency of monitored and measured data into the database could be improved.The practices and the application results of Donghuai Mine, showed that the system could directly display the mine safety production conditions and could realize the mine safety man agement, escape route simulation,production management and other functions. The monitoring and measuring signals could be classified,repaired and screened.After th e analysis,the control signals sent could control the equipment in the underground mine.
