Development on Distributed Mine Temperature and Humidity Monitoring and Measuring System Based on CAN Bus

  • According to the dust control, moisture prevention, water proof, high wave of the electric network, long transportation distance and the monitoring and m easuring point increasing requirement in the underground mine monitoring and control site, a study was conducted on the connection technology of the CAN bus.Based on the AT89S52 as the control key and based on the CAN bus, the temperature and humidity monitoring and measuring system of the underground mine was designed. The working principle of the CAN controller built in SJA1000 was analyzed in detail and the interface circuit of the CAN bus was designed.In the temperature and humid ity measuring, the SHT11 was applied as the temperature and humidity sensor and the high accurate measurements could be done on the temperature within0120 °C a nd the relative humidity within 0 ~ 100%.The test results showed that the monitoring and measuring system could have stable performances, reliable operation, high acc uracy, good stable data showed and other features.
