Application and Study on Backfill Mining Technology and Equipment in Deep Mine with Depth over 1 000 m

  • According to the ground pressure increased, serious surrounding rock deformation of the mine roadway, high intensity of mine strata pressure bumping a nd frequency increased, and others problems occurred in the coal mining in the deep mine, from the study on the mine strata pressure behavior law of the backfill minin g in the deep mine with depth over 1 000 m, a backfill hydraulic powered support with high density pushing pressure function, a mining and backfill simultaneous techni que and depth vertical backfill materials transportation system were designed and developed by Jizhong Energy Group.According to the mining practices in the deep mi ne with the depth over 1 000 m, the high water material was applied to the backfill mining and a completed technical system of the backfill mining in the deep mine was established.The practices in Xingdong Mine showed that the application of the backfill mining technology and equipment in the deep mine could effectively control the s urrounding rock deformation of the mine roadway, well solve the difficult problem of the large surface ground failure area caused by the mining in the deep depth seam and could well protect the ecologic environment.
