Development Status and Technique Selection Principle of Entrained Flow Bed Coal Gasification Technology in China

  • In order to understand the development and application status of the present domestic entrained flow bed coal gasification technique, the paper had a int roduction on the present domestic applied six entrained flow bed gasification techniques, including the Shell technique, GSP technique, two stage technique, Texaco tec hnique, multi burners technique and multi component slurry technique and had a comprehensive analysis on the features of each technique.According to the suitability of the coal type and the sequence products, in combination with the features of each technique, the paper provided the basic principle of the technique selected.The ga sified coal shall be a high ash and high ash fusion coal or lignite.The GSP technique would be optimally selected and the Shell technique and the two stage technique C ould be selected.The gasified gas could be applied to the IGCC.The Texaco technique could be optimally selected and the Shell technique and the two stage technique. The gasified gas could be applied to the production of synthetic ammonia or synthetic methanol.The multi component slurry technique and multi burner technique could be optimally selected, then the GSP technique and the Texaco technique could be selected.
