Multi Dimension Combined Support Technology of Mine Roadway in Over 1 000 m Deep Mine Shaft

  • According to the unitary bolt and steel mesh support system hard to solve the high ground pressure support problems in a mine shaft with a depth over 1 000 m, based on the detail analysis on the present support problems existed in the mine shaft with a depth over 1000 m in Xingdong Mine, the paper had a study on ho W to fully play the bolt and steel mesh support, the loop support, the cement grouting and other advantages and how to improve the support effect.The paper provide th e multi dimension combined support technology and the bolt and steel mesh support system applied to the U type steel loop support, shotcreting and gateway back gro uting could make the gateway support system to form a multi layer effective combined arch in order to improve the surrounding rock strength and to improve the compre hensive effect of the bolt/steel mesh and beam support system.The average deformation speed of the surrounding rock was reduced from the previous 2.9 mm/d to 0.6 mm/d.thus the gateway maintenance and repair work could be highly reduced and the support results were excellent.
