Numerical simulation study on grouting pressure and borehole sealing depth of borehole sealing

  • In order to improve the seal of borehole sealing gas pressure measuring of rock roadway at No. F15- 17- 11111 coal mining face haulagr roadway floor in N 0.13 Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Company Limited,Comsol Multiphysics numerical software was applied to numerical simulation study on grouting pressure when gas press ure measuring borehole was sealed and plastic zone of roadway. The results showed that 5 MPa would be the rational grouting pressure,7 m would be rational initial sealin g depth of pressure measuring borehole in floor rock roadway,gas pressure measured was about 2.0 MPa and the measured results were more accurate. Therefore,the nu merical simulation applied to study on site grouting pressure and borehole sealing depth would have an actual and effective guide role.
