Development and Application of Shearer Automation and Intelligent Control Technology

According to the key technology problems of shearer automation and intelligentization control, this paper introduced the status of technology, such as air borne control computer, cutting height and walking control, remote monitoring and control, collaborative automation of equipments, failure pre-warning and fault detectio n technology referred to shearer automation and intelligent control, compared and analyzed the differences between domestic shearer automation technology and abroa d advanced technology. Based on which, this paper had a prospect on the future development of shearer automation technology.
