Research on Floor Heave Mechanism and Control Technology of Muddy Floor Roadway Under Dynamic Pressure

  • According to serious floor heave problems in mining roadway of Qipanjing Mine, the field geological investigation, theoretical analysis and numerical sim ulation method were applied to analyze maijor influence factors of floor heave. The research acquired that weak floor, non-support and stress concentration were primar y factors causing floor heave, and found differential shrinkage state of roadway surrounding rock in the original support conditions. Meanwhile, the study ilustrated that roadway floor was the weak position of roadway surrounding rock destruction, and then put forward bearing-pressure support system. The results showed that the beari ng-pressure support system had reflected synergistic effect between support structure and floor surrounding rock. Floor heave value decreased from 800 mm to 400 m m, which showed that the bearing-pressure support system had good support effects and had controlled roadway floor heave effectively.
