Danger analysis and prevention technology of mine pressure bump from residual coal pillar mining face

  • ln order to effectively prevent the mine pressure bump occurred during the mining period of No.512 residual coal pila mining face in Tianchen Mine,the comprehensive index method and the possibility index method were applied to the macro prediction of the mine pressure bump danger.The muli factor coupling evaluation method was applied to divide the mine pressure bump danger area and danger degree and the mine pressure bump prevention and control measures were provided.The results showed that No.512 residual coal illar mining face would have'strong pressure bump danger t he posibility to cause the mine pressure bump would be " probable" with four medium danger zones and three high danger zones. With the advance conducted pressure pre-released measures and the mieroseism monitoring and the stress dynamic monitoring and measuring conducted during the mining process,with the coal dust detection and danger releasing measures conducted in the mine pressure bump early warning area,a safety mining of No. 512 residual coal pilr mining face was realized.The practices showed that the macro prediction on the mine pressure bump danger of the residual coal illar mining face and the division on the pressure bump danger zones and danger degree,a mine pressure bump control procedure with the " pressure pre-releasedmonitoring,measuring and early warning-inspection-danger released"conducted could effectively prevent the mine pressure bump occurred in the residual coal pillar mining fac
