Rigid-Flexibility Integrated Energy Absorption Support Technology Applied in Deep Mine with Pressure Bumping

  • In order to realize a goal of no personnel casualties and no equipment failure when mine pressure bumping occurred, based on the deformation failure fe atures of the surrounding rock along the mine roadway in deep mine, the rigid-flexibility integrated energy absorption support method was provided.The numerical simul ation method was applied to compare and analyze the flexibility yield support and the rigid-flexibility integrated energy absorption support to the mechanics responses 0 f the mine pressure bumping load.The numerical simulation results showed that in comparison with the flexibility yield support, the rigid-flexibility integrated energy abs orption support could effectively absorb the stress and energy.The max value of the stress reduced by 72%, the max reduction of the energy was 96.58%, the min reduc tion was 60.02%.The rigid-flexibility integrated energy absorption support was applied to the below gateway of No.25110 coal mining face in Yuejin Mine.Two high energ y mine pressure bumping accidents occurred not caused any failure to the mine roadway, personnel and equipment.The mine pressure bumping prevention effect of the rigid-flexibility integrated energy absorption support was proved.
