Application of Optical Fiber Bragg Grating Sensor to Monitoring and Measuring of Mine Drilling Shaft Liner

  • In order to overcome the defects of the traditional electric measuring method in the monitoring and measuring the mine drilling shaft liner, according to th e construction technique of the mine drilling shaft liner and the geological conditions, the plan of the mine shaft liner number and the sensor layout was provided.Also th e optical fiber Bragg grating sensors were applied to the real time monitoring and measuring of the mine drilling shaft liner dropping process. The monitoring and measur ing contents would be including the pressure on the outer wall of the mine shaft liner, the concrete strain and the reinforced bar stress.The monitoring and measuring d ata would be processed and analyzed.The analysis results showed that the monitoring and measuring data of the mine drilling shaft liner by the optical fiber Bragg grati ng sensors could reach 95% to 98% of the theoretical value, could be timely and accurately to reflect the stressed variation conditions of the mine drilling shaft liner and could ensure the reliability, stability and repeatability of the monitoring and measuring.
