Development and Application of New Mine Chemical Grouting Material

According to the low heat value and the flame resistance of the traditinal polyurethane reinforcement material restricted to the application scope,a new grouting reinforcement material with a low reaction heat(the max temperature of 98 °C),high grade flame resistance(organic and inorganic materials combination) and hi gh compressive strength(more than 40 MPa) was researched and developed.With the application of the new grouting material to No.5767 coal mining face in Wulan Min e,the application effect showed that the new grouting reinforced material could effective control the roof falling and spalling phenomenonna caused by the broken roof 0 f No.5767 coal mining face,could highly improve the mining speed of the coal mining face and could ensure the safety production.
