Analysis on Stability of High Ground Stressed Chamber Group in Deep Mine Shaft Bottom

  • according to the long term stability problem of the deep large cross section and high ground stress chamber group with soft surrounding rocks for the ce ntral water bumping room in the mine shaft bottom of Zhuji Mine in Huainan, the numerical simulation was applied to study the surrounding rock deformation and stress filed distribution features after the excavation and support of the water bumping room. The vibrating wire type concrete strainometer, the reinforced bar stress gauge an d the pressure cell were applied to monitor and measure the secondary lining of the water bumping room, the evolution laws of the secondary concrete liner strain, the r einforced bar stress, the secondary liner pressure were obtained and the surrounding rock stability of the water bumping room and the loading status and stability of the reinforced concrete secondary liner were analyzed and evaluated. The numerical simulation results could be well fitted with the site monitoring and measuring results.Th e study results showed that after the primary support and the secondary liner support, the deformation and convergence of the bumping room surrounding rock were sta ble, the loading status of the secondary liner was excellent and the max surrounding rock pressure was 62.5 MPa, safe and reliable. The stress value of the reinforced b ar and the strain of the concrete was not over the strength value.
