Research on separation and deformation feature and supporting technology of dynamic- pressure entry

  • In order to analyze the fundamental difference in separation and deformation dynamic response between two supporting patterns in dynamic- pressure entr y,the authors took complex roof dynamic- pressure entry of Tongchuan mining area asan example,set |- steel shed test section and rock bolting test section in the same roa dway,measured the dynamic process of surrounding rock separation with on-line monitoring system,explored deformation mechanism under different support patterns,whic h provided a basis for conforming reasonable support patterns. The field measurement results showed that there was essential difference in dynamic- pressure entry defor mation process between active support and passive support,the deep and shallow surrounding rock produced synchronous deformation at the rock bolting section; while th e deep and shallow surrounding rock produce big displacement and bed- separation space,so shed support can't resist surrounding rock deformation. Therefore,we decide to adopt rock bolting with high prestress and intensive bolting theory,and make reasonable support scheme for dynamic- pressure entry. The support scheme can meet the support request of dynamic- pressure entry.
