Electromechanical coupling model and dynamics simulation analysis of two-motor drive scraper conveyor

  • According to the electromechanical system’s complex characteristics of two-motor drive scraper conveyor,the mathematical model and coupling relationship between the scraper conveyor’s electromechanical systems was analyzed and derived,the paper established the electromechanical coupling simulation model for two-motor drive scraper conveyor through MATLAB/Simulink module. Simulation and analysis was carried out on the dynamic problem for two-motor drive scraper conveyor’s electromechanical systems under different operating conditions the scraper chain speed and electromagnetic torque characteristic curve of scraper conveyer under no-load start,stable operation,load surge and card chain condition was gain.The results showed that the differance between scraper chain speed and electromagnetic torque under different loading conditions were significant.The simulation results were agreement with the experimental results,the results provided important theoretical and numerical values for the research of the electromagnetic torque and speed variation under different operating conditions and loads.
