Study on sealing effect of 3D transient electromagnetic method in-advancedetecting exploration drilling borehole

  • In order to effectively evaluate the drilling plugging effect of coal mine geological survey, based on the traditional transient electromagnetic lead detection technology, the multi-directional three-dimensional lead-front detection technology for multi-directional positioning at the heading face and the three-dimensional visualization method for detecting results are designed. The sealing effect of Exploration Borehole BZ-13 was detected in Xiaohuigou Coal Mine. The results show that the borehole is an approximately circular low-resistance area of less than 25 Ω·m on the horizontal two-dimensional fan-shaped pseudo-section, and is less than 25 Ω·m on the two-dimensional fan-shaped cross-section of the vertical roadway. The approximate strip-shaped low-resistance area of m, according to the mining area experience, when the apparent resistivity is 20~25 Ω·m, there will be a small amount of water in the coal and rock layers. After drilling verification, the transient electromagnetic detection result is accurate, indicating that the method can be more accurate. The position of the borehole and its water-conducting condition are determined; the three-dimensional display makes the drilling range and position more intuitive, and presents an approximately upright cylindrical shape, which makes the detection results easier to analyze and better guides the safe production of coal mines.
