Study on connection engineering location determination and turnaround method of mining block in surface mine

  • In order to well improve a turnaround efficiency and economic benefit of the surface mine,a study was conducted on the optimized method of the optimum c onnection engineering location and the turnaround plan. Based on the engineering features and application scope of the different plan,the limited factors and optimized fact ors during the connection period of the mining block were clarified and the superposition method of the stripping quantity table was provided to determine the connection e ngineering location of the mining block. A study was conducted on the turnaround plan of Anjialing Surface Mine. There were four feasible plans designed. The mining bloc k turnaround plan was optimized with the comprehensive slope and economic coupled target and the results showed that the best turnaround method of Anjaling Surface Mine was a L turnaround plan and the best turnaround connection engineering location was at No. 21 location.
