Design on Control Device of High Cutting Hydraulic Powered Support Based on FPGA

  • The frame structure with a main processor + FPAG co-processor was applied to the key circuit of the control device for the hydraulic powered support.Th e paper emphasized the introduction on the design of FPGA internal control logic, including the designs of the modulus conversion module and the serial communicatio n module.The basic function design, safety design and fault mode identification design of the control device were stated.The on time response measuring and test meth od and the results of the control device were provided.The results showed that in comparison with the conventional control mode, the FPGA technology could reduced t he power consumption, the volume and others could have other better advantages. The control device had been applied to the coal mining face in Shanxi Pingshuo Und erground Mine.The design of the control device could meet the actual requirement as verified.
