Water prevention technology of coal mining face in structure complicated area of hidden syncline raising

  • In order to solve a high water inflow in the coal mining face and mud-rock flow problems of the complicated hidden syncline structure,based on No. 2286 co al mining face of Donghuantuo Mine as a case,with application of detection technology with high density resistivity method,in combination with geological structure water C ontrol theory analysis,runoff and enrichment law of the aquifer in the coal mining face was obtained and an advance water discharging plan of the coal mining face was pro vided. The results showed that disaster caused by the coal and water mixed could be solved with high water discharging,coal and water flow control and coal and water se paration three step combined technology. In the high runoff watery zone,a dense multi boreholes water discharging would be suitable applied to realize quick discharging of static water reserve and less discharging of dynamic water reserve. To prevent coal water mixture,high water discharging and water separation system should be well estab lished in the underground mine. A clean water collection and separation should be set up and realized as early as possible in the mining gateway for the water inflow point and ponding area in the coal mining area. According to the local conditions,multi stage vibration screen and sedimentation tank with scraper conveyor could be applied to s eparate and auto transfer the coal and water mixture. With scientific design,rational measures applied could eliminate water flood danger of the coal mining face under the high water inflow condition.
