Application effect and technology improvement of steeply dipping shearer and scraper conveyor

  • Based on the typical engineering cases of the fully-mechanized longwall mining along the strike of the steeply dipping seam medium thick seam,ful -mechanized longwall top coal caving mining along the stike of the steeply dipping thick seam and the ful -mechanized4.5 m high cutting coal mining in the steeply dipping seam,the paper analyzed the application effect of the coal shearer and scrapecoal mining practices in the steeply dipping seam and stated the sustained improvement of the shearer and the scraper conveyor according to the stepy dipping special condition.The sustained improvement ofshearer applied in the steeply dipping seam nainly concentrated to ensure the braking reliabilty suficient haulage excelent lubrication,high coal loading rate and saiety operation.The sustained improvement of the scraper conveyor applied to thesteeply dipping seam mainly included to ensure the high structure strength,reliable sliding prevention and safety protection.The sustained improvementof shearer and craper conveyor applied to the steeply dipping seam should break through the design conception and method under the conventional subhorizontal orgently inclined condtions and the key of improvement should be based to improve the suitabiliy and reliability of shearer and scraper conweyor under the steeply dipping special condition.F inally,the paper pointed out the major problems and solutior
