Study on hot coal gas desulfurization technology of transport bed reactor

  • In order to have the technical conditions affected to the hot gas desulfurization efficiency of the Fe 1 AC( activated carbon supported metal oxides sorbent) s orbent,a hot coal gas desulfurization experiment was conducted on the Fe / AC sorbent on the transport bed reactor. The study showed that the desulfurization of transport bed reactor could realize a continuous stable operation. A hot desulfurization experiment under a simulation atmosphere was completed with a simulation atmosphere of N 2+ H2 S and an experiment pressure of0.1 ~ 1.0 MPa. The desulfurization temperature of transport bed reactor was 160 ~ 180。C and the temperature of regeneration rea ction was 400 ~450 °C. A study on the hot coal gas desulfurization experiment was completed under the real coal gas atmosphere,the experiment pressure was 0. 5 ~ 2.0 MPa,the max gas treatment volume was 120 Nm3/ h and the max long operation time was about 9 h( 1. 5 MPa, 100 Nm3/h). the results showed that after the desulfurization of the transport bed reactor,a hydrogen sulfide content could be lower than 10 mg /Nm3,COS content could be lower than 30 mg/Nm3,a removal rate of the hydrogen sulfid e could be higher than 99% and a removal rate of the carbonyl sulfide could reach at 90%.
