Support Technology of Seam Upward Gateway Under Mining Dynamic Pressure Influences

In order to solve the surrounding rock broken seriously, high deformation and other support problems in the seam upward gateway under the influences of the dynamic pressure, the site investigation, the theoretical analysis and numerical calculation combined method was applied and the analysis result showed that the mining dynamic support pressure role would make the surrounding rock lithology of the seam upward gateway getting worse, would make the broken zone and plastic Z one scope increased, would cause the surrounding rock to occur the mine pressure behaviors features of serious shear deformation.To improve the strength of the surr ounding rock, the support resistance and the support loading structure stability, the surrounding rock control mechanism of the gateway was studied.A new support tech nology with U type steel support basic support+ anchor structure compensation was provided.The application results showed max convergence between the two sidewall s of the seam upward gateway with the front repair and rear expansion was only 160 mm and the max convergence between the roof and floor was about 180 mm.The r esults showed that improving the strength of the surrounding rock, the support resistance and the support loading structure stability could effectively control the serious deformation of the surrounding rock in the such gateway.
