Applied Practices on Frame Timber and Anchor Coordinated Support Technology to Mine Dynamic Pressurized Gateway

  • According to the present status of the low support strength, poor mutual action relationship of the support surrounding rock and not suitable to the compl icated stress environment and high deformation of the mining dynamic gateway for the conventional U type steel support, a frame support and anchor coordinated supp ort mainly with the high resistance and yield heavy U type steel support and the high strength anchor was provided, including the backwall backilling and grouting to im prove the mutual relationship between the support and the surrounding rock, the reinforcement of the anchor in the thin and weak zone applied to improve the complete d stability of the support structure and the bolt and grouting reinforcement applied to control the floor heave.In combination with the certain geological conditions of the mine gateway in a mine, a numerical simulation was applied to study the control effect of the surrounding rock deformation in the dynamic mining gateway with different support plans.The observation results showed that the convergence between the roof and floor was about 280 mm and the convergence between the two sidewalls was about 260 mm.The application of the frame support and anchor coordinate support technology could effectively control the surrounding rock deformation of the mine gat eway.
