Simulation study on electrical penetration anomalous features of hidden water-bearing fault in working face

  • in orderto proide the reference basis to the processing and explanation of the electrical peneration information from the working face.according to thehidten water beaing fault a geology model was establis ed.The 3D numerical sinulation of the mine electrical penetraion methnod was appied to analyze the electrproperty abnormal features of the typical fault structure. T'he simu ation caculaton was conducted with individually changed fult tistance,size and angle as well as other model parameters and the potential dference abnormal curve of the parallel monopole-dipole( Device one) and the parall dpol - dirole( Devce to)deice vas .btained under the different parameters. The analysis resuhts showed that according to the abnormal unve shap.e inesecionfeatures and abnormal am ltue the fultlocation relative to receive survey line and the seam foor could be judged and the faut sze also could be judcged along the dlre tion of the survey line Acording to the nclined direction of the abnomal curv.the fult sike could be distinguished but the fault in lination would be hard d istinguished.in cition.the Device one would bemore favorable applied to the wider working face and the Device two applied to the small wide working face would have
