Prediction and prevention on mine pressure bump danger of heading face of 1000 m deep mine

  • In order to improve the accuracy of the evaluation on the mine pressure bump danger of the heading face, a semi-quantitative and semi measurement evaluation method was provided based on the multifactor coupling. With the consideration on the infuence factors of the minepressure bump danger from the mine gateway driving face and the infuence degree and scope in the mine by the infuence factors,an evaluationconclusion was obtained on the mine pressure bump danger of the heading face.According to the different mine pressure bump type and degreedanger areas,the pertinence mine pressure bump control method was set up and was successfully applied to several mines. Based on No.3208heading face in the strong mine pressure bump seam in the 1 000 m depth Cucheng Mine of Linyi Mining Group as a case,the paper stated the application state of the evaluation model and method .The results showed that the location of mine pressure bump danger area of driving face wasobtained from evaluation and danger degree was more accuracy and rational than the conventional macroscopic evaluation method.The controlplan to the pertinence danger area provided could effectively eliminate the mine pressure bump danger of No.3208 heading face,could reduce the blindness of the mine pressure releasing and could improve the efient rate of the danger released.Based on the multifactor coupling the semi-quantitative and semi measurement evaluation method could provide the technical references to the mine pressure bump prevention and control work of the mine heading face with similar conditions.
