Study on surface inclined deformation affected to wind turbine tower silo

  • In order to have a safety coal mining under large wind turbine tower silos,based on the wind turbine tower silo above the opera-tion of the coal mining face as a prototype,the ANSYS numerical simulation software was applied to analyze and study an axial stress anddeformation features relationship of the wind turbine tower sil 0 under a condition of different surface ground inclined deformation. The axialtensile stress and compressive stress,comprehensive displacement and max inclination rate 0 f the tower silo under different surface groundinclined deformation were obtained. The study results showed that under the influence of the mining,with the surface ground i nclined de-formation increased,the max axial stress of the wind turbine tower silo was in linear increasing tendency and a max inclined rate of thewind turbine tower silo wa s also increased in a linear relationship. When the surface ground inclined deformation caused by the under-ground coal mining was over the safety critical inclined deform ation,a max axial stress of the wind turbine tower silo would be over the al-lowed stress and the wind turbine tower silo would be in an unsafe status. A self shape of the wi nd turbine tower silo made very sensitive inthe inclined deformation and a small inclined deformation could make the wind turbine tower silo to be failure and thus the pape 「providedeffective protection measures to the large wind turbine tower silo.
