Semi- rigid and Full Enclosed Composite Lining Support Technology of Roadway Under Complex Surrounding Rocks

  • According to the serious deformation and failure of the roadway between the No.4 to No.5 crossheading in the west No.2 cross- cut of Pansan Mine, th e deformation mechanism were analyzed which involved the broken surrounding rock, fractured joints, high ground stress, complex structure, great mining height, long service time, and strongly influenced by the surrounding mining of the roadway. Based on those reasons, the semi- rigid and fully enclosed composite lining was put for ward under the condition of complex surrounding rock, which took full advantages of surrounding rock carrying capacity. The industrial test showed that the speed of def ormation was about 0.1 mm 1 day, and the deformation tended to stable after 50 days, the stress of surrounding rock became more stable, the stress condition of rebar and concrete was improved, and the good supporting effect was achieved.
