Study on technology of settlement and deviation of the derrick by staticpressure grouting in the main shaft of coal mine

  • In order to solve the problem of derrick deviation caused by continuous rapid settlement and uneven settlement of the main and auxiliary shaft derrick foundation of the Huayuan coal mine, based on the measured data of settlement and mine engineering geological conditions, the analysis indicates that low bearing capacity of foundation and the uneven stress of foundation are the main reasons for continuous settlement of derrick foundation.The maximum subsidence of main and auxiliary shaft head frames are 70 mm and 257 mm respectively.In order to solve the problem of continuous settlement and offset of the main and auxiliary derricks, the ground static pressure grouting reinforcement method was proposed and the derrick foundation grouting reinforcement technology was designed.The drilling depth, grouting pressure and uplift and grouting amount were determined during grouting reinforcement.The measured results showed that after grouting reinforcement and grouting uplift foundation of the derrick foundation, the FES, FEN, FWN and FWS of auxiliary shaft derrick were lifted 100、130、103、90 mm respectively, and the uneven settlement was reduced from 59 mm to 19 mm, and the ZE, ZW of mine shaft derricks were lifted to 123 mm and 162 mm respectively, and the uneven settlement was reduced from 23 mm to 16 mm.The static pressure grouting method proposed in this paper can effectively control and reduce the settlement speed of mine derrick, which can provide reference for the reinforcement construction of similar mine derrick foundation.
