Practices on Stability Lost Control of Mine Large Cross Section Crossing Roadway in Watery Soft Rock

  • In order to have the stable control of the mine large cross section crossing roadway in watery soft rock, the paper had a study on a formation and cause of the stability lost in the large cross section crossing roadway heading in watery soft rock of Yushujing Mine.More economic and efficient support structures and rational support parameters were set up.In order to keep the stability of the mine roadway, the complex full closed support means, including the key location reinforced support + full cross section bolts and grouting + U29 type steel support at the arch location, fixed shield and anchor support at the shoulder location + floor lined with reinforced concrete reverse floor arch and others were applied. The practice results showed that the complex support means could effectively control the stability of the mine large cross section crossing roadway in watery soft rock. After 45 days of the roadway repaired, the observation showed that the mine roadway was stable in tendency and th e convergence and deformation rate of the roadway was 0.012 mm/d.
