  • In order to solve the problem of poor sealing frozen hole in- rushing water hazards of deep freezing bedrock shaft in west area of china, based on the an alysis of frozen tube annular water- transmitting channels formation and in- rushing water mechanism. Geological analysis, numerical simulation, comprehensive detecti on experimants and real- time monitoring were integrated together, provided a new technology to control deep freezing bedrock shaft frozen hole in- rushing water dam age thoroughly that drove small section annular roadway in the stability rock stratum outside the frozen wall below the upper aquifer, probed and exposed the frozen tub e and then sealed frozen hole in the annular roadway, concreted backfill in the annular roadway form an annular confining bed, cut off the annular water- transmitting ch annels thoroughly. Application results shawed that the technology saved control expenses approximately millions and millions contrast to perforation grouting, the coal mine came into service and bring about benefit ahead of schedule three months.
