  • In order to solve the problem of the current long time of the hydraulic support relocation of the fully mechanized mining face, the high safety risk and other issues, this paper studied a new type of crawler hydraulic support loading machine and a new technology of mobile group loading and unloading truck to achieve the nearest loading and unloading of the hydraulic support. The efficiency of relocation, loading and unloading functions can be automatically changed, and the degree of mechanization can be increased. When loading and unloading vehicles, they can be fixed by support pillars, which constitute a safety space and improve safety. The loading machine carried out an industrial test on the withdrawal frame of the No.8245 fully-mechanized mining face of Silaogou Mine. The test showed that the equipment and process performance are stable, reducing the amount of cleaning coal floating coal and the damage to the floor, improving the working environment and avoiding the roof falling, broken ropes and other accidents are safe and reliable. The work surface supports were evacuated 103. The actual operation time was 7 days, the time was reduced by 36% compared with the original, the evacuation staff was reduced by 1/2, and the work efficiency was increased by 43%. The mine can save more than 200 million yuan cost, economic benefits is remarkable.
