  • In view of the problems of large coal seam burial depth, complex geological occurrence conditions, high stress of surrounding rock and temperature of underground production in Pingdingshan Mining Area, combined with visual remote intervention control, underground information transmission technology and hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control adaptive control technology, in Pingdingshan No.10 coal mine, the first set of intelligent mining system of large mining length integrated mining set was built in Henan Province which was based on the integrated control platform of intelligent chemical equipment.Underground 10 gigabit industrial ring network and 4G wireless communication system were established, mine information platform and communication system, and support mine intelligent safe production and efficient operation management were also optimized and upgraded.Through the application of key technologies such as adaptive memory cutting and remote centralized control of shearer, the intelligent production mode of coordinated linkage mining of shearer and support and “visual remote intervention and remote control, unmanned operation” was realized.Based on the technology of inertial navigation alignment straightening technology, the method of “measurement-calculation-alignment” was formed, which overcame the bottleneck of high-precision positioning and alignment control of production equipment; taking the hydraulic support of intelligent pump station as an example, the analysis of the frequency distribution rule of the hydraulic support resistance in the working face shows that: the intelligent control system has a reliable adaptability to the coal seam occurrence conditions, ensuring a good coupling relationship between the hydraulic support and the roof strata and the stability of the working face surrounding rock, which can meet the requirements of safe and efficient production.
