  • The scientific mining as a natural resource mining theory and a new mining mode would have the connotaion being eniched and developed withn the passed decade years.The quantitative evaluation idex system ofthe scientie m ining vas esablished and was steadisi mproved.The conception ofthe soi ntife mining coeficient( Se MNC) and scientfic mining rank $St MR) were also provided one afer noter.A set ofthe improved computation method was fomed and could clearyand quantitatively express the scientifi: mining degree of he mine./n order to ensure the science of the cal mine productritysetat the design stage,the conception on the scientfic productivity index of the coal mine design was provided and the evaluation index system was established At last,the paper had given some advice for further research for the scientific mining and the scientific productivity.
