  • In order to solve the problems of difficult operation, cumbersome positioning, low efficiency, and frequent pull-off and broken rope accidents of the retraction winch in the fully-mechanized mining face, this paper has developed and designed a set of frequency conversion speed regulation, intelligent detection, remote control, and self-supporting positioning device. An integrated intelligent variable frequency traction winch. After on-site investigation on the environment, equipment and working conditions of the fully-mechanized mining retraction face, the shape and performance boundary parameters of the new intelligent control variable frequency traction winch were obtained. The overall structural design is finally determined through repeated design and research of the overall - component - overall. The key technologies and parameters in the overall arrangement of the new intelligent variable frequency traction winch are researched and expounded from the aspects of the key technologies and parameters of the structural design, the design parameters of the reducer and the layout of the transmission system, and the design and calculation of the support device. Through the research of the overall function, the function and principle of the hydraulic system are determined, and the intelligent detection function and the remote-control method are determined in combination with the working conditions and operation requirements. Through the tracking and recording of the test process of 3 fully-mechanized mining retraction working faces and 2 fully-mechanized mining installation working faces, the usage of the prototype is fully expounded, and the advantages and disadvantages of the new intelligent variable frequency traction winch are analyzed. with the summary. From the use of the prototype, the overall structure of the developed winch is reasonable and reliable, and the hydraulic system functions and intelligent detection and control functions fully meet the requirements of use, which can effectively avoid some potential safety hazards in the use of existing winches.
