  • In order to prevent coal spontaneous combustion occurred by the coal left in goaf and complicated air leakage during the production stop and powered s upports removing period of No.7106 fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in Tianchen Mine, according to the powered support removing gateway conditions and the location relationship, with the comparison and analysis, the ventilation with local fan and the water injection to roof falling zone were conducted to prevent the coal s pontaneous combustion.With above measures conducted, the air leakage area at the mining terminal line was effectively reduced and coal spontaneous combustion an d temperature was prevented during the powered support removing period.Thus a fire prevention and control system with water injection, pressure equalization, monitor ing and measuring and safety protection was set up at the mining terminal line to ensure the successful complement of the powered supports removing.
