  • According to the high pressure pulsation and pressure difficult control problem of the high pressure and high flow emulsion pump station for the fully mec hanized coal mining face with an annual production of 10 million t, the paper introduced the multi measures of mechanical, hydraulic and electric control, including the d ouble boost pump, electromagnetic-mechanic unloading, pressure buffering and pressure control strategy based on the fuzzy algorithm. Thus a sustainable stable suppl y of the high pressure emulsion could be ensured within +0.5 MPa of the rated pressure range.
