  • At present,China’s intelligent mining technology and equipment have ushered in an important period of historical development opportunities, and more than 200 automated working faces have been built in China, based on the“visual remote intervention intelligent mining technology”.By analyzing the status of the application of intelligent mining, it is pointed out that due to the diversity and complexity of mining conditions in the coal mining face, the development of intelligent mining must be realized in stages.At the same time, the normal application of intelligent mining is limited by the improvement of the basic reliability of comprehensive mining equipment and control elements and the development of smart mining and the improvement of the quality and ability of employees, so the development and application of intelligent mining is a long-term process; based on the current status of the application technology of the working face, the development stage of intelligent mining from the perspective of system perception of technical capabilities and characteristics can be divided into four stages, and it is pointed out that the current stage is still in the initial stage of intelligent mining.Some mines are testing key technologies in the second and the third stage, and there is still a long way to go before the ideal goal of intelligent mining technology.Focusing on the key technologies of the second stage of intelligent mining, this paper focus on the hydraulic support and shearer attitude sensing technology based on the mechanical model of the main structural parts of the equipment, the bending detection technology of the scraper conveyor based on the domestic inertial integrated navigation device, the technical principles and practice of the machine’s walking tracks, mining cutters identification and automatic straightening of the working face.The theoretical and engineering feasibility of hydraulic support and shearer attitude sensing technology and working face straightening method were verified through industrial practice.It provid technical supports for the concrete implementation of the hydraulic support of the working face, such as anti-tilt, anti-bite frame, quick-moving frame, mining plan of the cutting face, posture adjustment of the shearer drum, early warning of coal machine interference, and straightness adjustment of the scraper conveyor.
