  • In order to have a high solid and air ratio and good stability transportation of the pulverized coal, the rapid moisture content analyzer, the Chinese coal st andard and the industrial analysis were applied to measure the moisture content of the pulverized coal.Then the paper studied the moisture content variation law of the pulverized coal increased with the transportation times increased, the relationship between the pressure of the delivery tank and the compressed air flow as well as the pulverized coal transportation quantity, and the relationship between the solid and air ratio and apparent air velocity.The results showed that the rapid analyzer could be fast and accurately to measure the moisture content of the pulverized coal, the moisture content of the pulverized coal would be reduced with the times of the transport ation increased, the total moisture content of the pulverized coal would be reached to 10.7% (quantity fraction) , the pipeline pressure and the solid phase velocity woul d be varied small during the transportation and the stable transportation of the dense phase pulverized coal could be obtained.The total flled air quantity more higher, t he stabilized pressure of the loading tank during the pulverized coal transportation would be more higher and the flled air flow quantity and the stabilized pressure woul d be in a linear relationship.
