  • Aiming at the technical problems of automatic control of shearer and automatic straightening of fully-mechanized mining face,the limitations and shortcomings of existing technologies are analyzed. The traditional operation mode is introduced, the existing problems of traditional design thinking mode are put forward. This paper combines application technology with field environment, an off-line control system for coal-rock interface recognition and working face straightness detection is proposed, a technical scheme of suspended track video inspection system based on the working face wind from above is proposed;This paper introduces the structure forms of the existing common mine patrol equipment, the structure design of video inspection device is carried out, the working principle and application mode of video inspection device are described in detail. Using video patrol device to picture coal wall,identification and measurement of coal-rock interface by image gray recognition technology, realizing automatic control of shearer based on data driving of coal-rock interface. Using video inspection device to take image of labels set on hydraulic support of working face, straightness detection of working face by visual measurement technology, realization of automatic straightening control of hydraulic support based on data driven of straightness detection of working face, thus, two technical problems of coal-rock interface identification and face straightness detection in fully-mechanized mining face are solved. With the continuous breakthrough and successful application of unmanned technology in fully-mechanized mining face,it will also promote the development and application of unmanned technology in fully-mechanized mining face.
