  • From the perspective of “three-step-development” strategy of the intelligent coal mines construction in China, it was pointed out that the construction of intelligent coal mines not only included the construction of infrastructure, production monitoring systems, safety monitoring systems, production management systems,but also included intelligent decision-making systems based on big data and artificial intelligence.The Construction Route “3115” of intelligent coal mines was proposed in this paper.Based on the demands and current informationization status, coal mine enterprises can implement intelligent process step by step with options according to the route.The implementation method of Construction Route “3115” was also given as the “three networks”, i.e.enterprise management network, industrial network, and communication network, which formedthe basis of the intelligent coal mines and the unified transmission platform covering the entire mine; The “one platform” to build a unified intelligent integrated control system to achieve “six-completeness” information intelligence; The “one system” to build coal mine big data and cloud service system, providing services of integrated storing of data and models and supplying data and computing power for intelligent decision-making; The “five centers”, i.e.data center, dispatch command center, intelligent control center, safety monitoring center and run management center, provided business and decision support for intelligent coal mines.Taking the completed multiple smart coal mine construction as an example, the engineering practice of Construction Route “3115”was introduced.These cases greatly increased the production efficiency and safety level of the implementing enterprises, significantly decreased the number of workers of dangerous and repetitive positions and created huge economic and social benefits.
