  • According to many factors affected to the coal and gas outburst and the high difficult prevention of the coal and gas outburst, the paper analyzed the regi onal structure background of Sihe Minefield, summarized the features of the coal and gas outburst occurred in Sihe Mine and the variation law of the routine predicted i ndexes and studied the relationship between the seam gas, seam structure, stress distribution, geological structure factors and coal and gas outburst. The paper deter mined that the major control factors of the coal and gas outburst in Sihe Mine were the seam gas and geological structures. Based on those factors, there were four out burst prevention and control countermeasures to seriously control the seam gas, to enhance the exploration of the geological structures, to comprehensively predict the outburst dangers from different angles and to standardize the outburst prevention management were provided, which provide the guide for the coal and gas outburst pre vention and control in Sihe Mine.
