Study on Support Technology of Broken Soft Rock Roadway Under Isolated Coal Pillar

  • In order to solve the support problems of broken soft rock roadway under isolated coal pillar, according to the geological conditions of No.82 crossheadi ng in Xutuan Mine and its deformation and failure characteristics, the roadway instability and failure reasons were analyzed, and the whole section support technology with synergetic support of frame and anchor cable + whole section grouting reinforcement + high strength bolt-mesh-anchor floor support was put forward. The results s howed that the support technology could reduce the area of plastic zone and low stress zone in roadway surrounding rock, and modify the load bearing condition of U-st yle steel frame. The deformation of No.82 crossheading roadway surrounding rock tended to be stable after 25 days. The maximum rib-to-rib convergence was 58 mm and the maximum roof to floor convergence was 35 mm. The deformation of roadway surrounding rock was effectively controlled, and the long-term normal use of road way was guaranteed.
