  • According to the available mine engineering information system lacked a system design of the safety production related operation mode, a carding analysis was conducted on the present monitoring and control, industrial bus, wireless communication, production control and internet of things as well as other problems existed in the mine information technology. From a view of the cyber-physical system, the paper stated the system structure and main problems of the mine cyber-physical system(MCPS). A mine production activity process was upgraded from a single equipment and single system operation state control to full system process coordination. The paper provided the multi-source information perception, space-time information integration and interaction, unified transmission of the heterogeneous network, coordinated control and engineering standardization as well as the MCPS technology challenges. A mine engineering cyber-physical system with "the deep embedded, ubiquitous internet, intelligent perception and interactive collaboration" was established.
