  • In order to prevent and control the gas disaster, according to the gas content, gas pressure and other data measured from No.19 seam, in combination W ith the mine geological conditions, the gas geological law was analyzed.The multi element regression analysis method was applied to predict the gas content and predic t the danger of the coal and gas outburst.The result showed that the surrounding rock lithology of the roof and floor in No.19 seam was compact, the permeability was p oor and the sealed condition was excellent. The gas content of the seam in a magmatic rock intrusion area would be increased and increased with the depth increased. Due not to meet the requirement of a single item index, No.19 seam would not have the danger of the coal and gas outburst and the key area of the gas control would b e the magmatic rock intrusion area.
