  • In order to set up the effective influence radius of the outburst prevention technology with the shallow borehole high pressure water injection in low perm eability outburst seam, a set of seam water injection outburst prevention system was designed.Based on the circumstances, the layout plan of the outburst prevention b oreholes was optimized and was applied to the site test and effect inspection in No.F16, 17 seams in No.5 Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Mining Group.A borehole water in jection and permeability improvement integration was realized.The results showed that the outburst prevention technology with shallow borehole high pressure water inj ection in seam would have an effective influence radius of 2.5 m and within the effective influence radius, the initial velocity of gas emission could be improved over 8 0% in average.
