Analysis on Gas Occurrence Influencing Factors in Coal Seam of Xuehu Mine

  • In order to study the gas occurrence law of Xuehu Mine, the geologic structure characteristic of Xuehu Mine was studied, and the influencing factors of g as occurrence law were analyzed. The results indicated that the gas content was high in the north and was low in the south, was high in the deep part and was low in th e shallow part. The gas occurrence of Xuehu Mine was closely related to the geological conditions, such as fault structure, fold structure, magmatic activity and so on. T he main controlling factors of gas occurrence in the lean coal area was the buried depth of coal seam, and the main controlling factors of gas occurrence in the anthraci te area was the buried depth of coal seam and roof mudstone thickness within 20 m.
