  • The sodium humate, bentonite and Kaolin were applied to the composite briquette binder.The room temperature strength, high temperature strength and thermal stability were the main performance index of the briquette samples.The particle components of the raw coal, briquetting moisture, mixing time, dry temperature and dry time affected to the briquette performances were investigated.The optimized technical parameters affected to the briquette quality were obtained.The optimized particle components of the raw coal would have about 60% of the particle size ranging from 00 .85 mm, about 40% of particle size ranging from 0.853 mm, a moisture Co ntent of the briquette ranging from 12% 1 4%, dry time of two hours and a dry temperature of 1501 80 °C.If it is possible, the more the mixing time, the better the results, fi ve minutes are good in actual production.
