  • In order to promote automatization and informatization of mine hoist management, an internet- based management methodfor mine equipment hoist was pro vided by combining with condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology. Furthermore,hoist manage-ment system integrated with condition monitoring and fault diagnos is was built based on amalgamation of field bus, Intranet and Internet. The composite structure and implementation procedure were discussed for meeting the requirements of networking management. A generalfunctional model was built by using IDEF. The demand and process of data which needed by fusion network were analyzed. The inter netbased hoist management system(IHMS) was developed through network communication,database and computer technologies and applied ina hoist equipment of auxilia ry shaft in Malan Mine. The implementation of IHMS changed operational and maintenance management mode,re-duced equipment failure rate and effectively improved sta ndardization and working efficiency of hoist equipment management.
