  • According to mutual independence between each control subsystem caused by the low digitalization degree of the domestic fully-mechanized coal minin g face,the mutual interlock and linkage hard to be realized,poor performance of real time information transmission,high system fault rate and hard to search and other p roblems to be solved urgently,the paper analyzed the backward status on the digital intelligent of the fully-mechanized coal mining face in the coal mine and had a focal study and discussion on the centralized control system,coal shearer,scraper conveyor,hydraulic powered supports ,electric power supply,communication,video monitorin g and control and other applied technology of the fully-mechanized coal mining in the digital mine .Meanwhile, according to the application and comprehensive benefits 0 f the fully-mechanized coal mining face in the digital mine,a detail data analysis was conducted.The paper had a discussion on the technical development tendency of t he unmanned and digitalized fully-mechanized coal mining face in order to provide the references to the digital and intelligent upgrading of the fully-mechanized coal mi ning face in other mines.
