  • According to the turning problem of the coal conveying system occurred during a rotary mining period of rotary fully-mechanized coal mining face, a retu ning reform was conducted on the previous belt conveyor applied to No. 12124 fully-mechanized coal mining face in Panbei Mine. According to the parameters, feature s, space location and others of the DSJ100/130/2 x 200 belt conveyor in the headentry, a rational turning radius of the belt conveyor was determined. An internal curve I ifting and the directional adjusted roller installation was conducted at the turning point of the belt conveyor. A gently transition of the belt conveyor was realized at the tu rning point of the conveying gateway to ensure the normal coal conveying during the rotary mining period.
